Adjust your eyes, because Blumarine's f/w09 collection od's on leopard print and seizure-inducing colours. Luckily there are a few solids in there, somewhere...

I know it's 93 today...

but how cool is Dsquared²'s fall 09 collection? Starbucks? Heavy knits? Plaid and leather, together?! They have the effortless chic thing down! If only piling on stuff from your closet could look this easy - this look could definitely get messy if you don't follow Coco Chanel's sage advice about taking one item off before going out the door.

A 'Sea of Shoes' at Urban Outfitters

I'm on such a blogroll tday, blogger can be so damn seductive sometimes :P

I just learned of Jane Aldridge's shoe collaberation with one of my favourite shops, Urban Outfitters, and I have to say it's a shoe lover's dream collection!!

Click here to check them out.

I also can't forget to mention that Jane is in this month's issue of Vogue magazine with her mother (Judy Aldridge of Atlantis Home). It's a gorgeous mum-and-daughter spread, and I have a scan of it below:

Elizabeth and James Get 'Lost' in Fall/Winter 2009

Anyone who knows me well knows that I've been a huge fan of the Olsen twins since they were on Full House. Even though their days of being matchy-matchy and cutesy have long been over (do you think they'll ever utter the words,"you got it dude!" again?), it certainly hasn't been a hard transition for me to embrace their current style, in all it's kooky chicness.

Ashley has always been closest to my own taste, but I have a special fondness for Mary-Kate. She always has her own thing going on and isn't afraid to take chances, even if she is dressing like a bag lady at times (which you know you secretly want to do too).

The Elizabeth and James F/W collection took inspiration from Peter Pan's Lost boys and offers a perfect mix of prints, billowy silhouettes, and Victorian detailing. If their was any doubt left in the Olsen's fashion sense, hopefully this clears things up! So I thought I'd share some of my favorite pieces from the collection. I am completely smitten with that spellbound dress!!
